The BV 261 HTP-A is a larger, professional soft serve ice cream machine with three taps and the option of two different flavours and a mix. The machine can produce up to 36 kg or 480 waffles per hour.
This model is air-cooled, but the machine is also available in a water-cooled version.
This three-tap soft serve ice cream machine comes with an HTP pasteurisation system. This helps to keep hygiene in your machine high, without unnecessary waste.
Pasteurisation is achieved by heating the soft serve ice cream mixture to 65 degrees and keeping it at this temperature for half an hour. The mixture is then rapidly cooled to four degrees, which is a suitable storage temperature.
By choosing the BV 261 HTP-A, you can easily keep an eye on your machine – even when you are not nearby. The soft serve ice cream machine features a 4D Remote Control System, which means that you can check up on your machine remotely via a smartphone or tablet, for example.
